The only problem I have is that I paid for 24 hour access but I do not have access after 10pm and it would be nice to be able to call the office without having to get an automated system. Also about the 24 hour access...I don't believe that it's right to not be able to access your own belongings at any point during any time of the day... You have to use a code anyway to get into the gate so I don't see what the problem is really

Helpful staff and useful carts for moving items. Had to buy a lock for the door cost more money. Leases start on the first of the month.
